Great Friday Hans!!! There are many reasons why we are motivated and I encourage the movements ...benefits and pre-existing injury in mind ... I feel full range of motion would be beneficial to our programs!! ;) smith Mach nice ... Free weight nice deep squats awesomeness ... Etc form is in mind in all things .. Then at certain time small nudges of forced reps!! Just my two cents in a good way .. If I make any sense! Lol Thank you all ... You all are beautiful!! Enjoy your weekend!! Flex Friday !! ;)
