Great Morning Everyone... We have a Friendly Wellness Reminder. When you visit our Wellness Center, please remember a Detailed Consultation is required for your 1st visit. Your Second - Fifth visit will start with a brief consultation to update and track all improvements and new issues that may have occurred since your last visit. On your sixth visit we will review your progress notes and improvements with you. All this is done at no additional charge to your service. Please understand we are a Wellness Center and have your overall Wellness & Health in best interest. We will NOT change what we do because we have taken an oath to create the safest environment and services for our clients. We do not service every client the same because you all are uniquely created. We ask that you embrace our passion and concern about your health and wellness, because we care about you and we hope that you care enough about you to allow us to service you with Integrity, Professionalism, and Compassion.
