Great Thursday afternoon!!! First lets thank GOD for another opportunity to get it right today. TEAM TRUE lets go with something productive again today. Im still down but Ill be back. Always remember that balance is the key. As Im sitting back this week Im resting my body and my mind. Sometimes we have to relax, get our minds together and think about the future. I know Im not the only Personal Trainer that works 12 to 14 hours a day everyday. This has been going on since 2007 for me. It really is truly a blessing!!! My schedule will totally change come May 1st. I will only work 8 hours a day and train the people that really want to get better. GOD has blessed me and has put me in the position of power to dictate!!! I plan to to spend more time with my family. I also plan on spending more time with my TEAM TRUE and body by vi family!!! Again, Im feeling real good about the direction my TEAM is headed toward the future. Sometimes you gotta go away or get away to make a come back. TEAM TRUE/VI life!!! We do what we say we gone do, and when we do it we do it BIG!!!
