Great job on this form.... But should a 7 yr old kid really be able to earn a black belt? I think not... Maturity and wisdom take time and I think that a black belt should exhibit both of these traits in addition to being a good martial artist. The youngest black belt I ever promoted was 10, I think and in hindsight that is too young. We now do not promote anyone to black belt under the age of 13 and this will increase to 14 within a year or two.
