Great news: The City approved the budget last evening which included the Foster Coordinator position for the City of Tallahassee - Animal Service Center (ASC)! Thanks to everyone who let our local leaders know how vital this position is to saving more community homeless animals that end up at the shelter. With your support, our voices were heard. Please thank your City and County Commissioners for their continued support of the ASC. With all of us working together, we will continue to save more lives! We were also thrilled that Be the Be The Solution, Inc received their requested funding so they can continue to focus on community spay/neuter, reducing the number of animals that end up at the shelter.
