Great photo by Michael S. Williamson from the Washington Post of The Saluting Marine SSgt Tim Chambers at Rolling Thunder. Michael stated, The Rolling Thunder event involves tens of thousands of bikers who roll into town every year for Memorial Day to honor the vets. In the past Ive made photos that concentrated on the bikers more than the vets and I didnt want to repeat that slight this year. When I saw SSgt Tim Chambers saluting with one hand while touching the shoulder of his fellow veteran Cpl. Sean Adams (badly injured in Afghanistan) I knew that this year I could maybe get it right. Well Done Michael, you definitely got it right.
