Great post from Judy Novy Holmes about another Siskiyou amazingly interesting person and enterprise. She writes : Heres a shout-out to David and his Salt and Savour business. He is bringing real, organic fermented sauerkraut back to the northern CA community - and his product demand is surpassing his capacity. Hes sought a Kiva loan to assist with growth costs (more tanks!). Happy to be a part of this.
