Green buildings can make a difference, but only if we start asking the right questions. If we see the whole story of how our buildings impact the climate then we can make strides toward real net-positive change. Technology isnt new, the hard step is shifting our thinking about what it means to build green. Mine is located on 5 acres close to Local Township. I don’t need to go there much as I grow my food and ride my bike, and is north facing. Its remarkable how many people admire my twenty five year old mud brick house, and when entering how cool it is over the very hot summer months, without air conditioning.
