Greetings Family. I just wanted to let you know that my new online Facebook class begins this Friday evening August 15 at 9:00 PM US EST. The course is on the African Diaspora (before, during and after enslavement) and is taught by Runoko Rashidi in a special Facebook forum. The class is taught via photos and text. You need no special equipment to participate. Each class lasts approximately 2.5 hours and there is ample time for discussion. There are 11 sessions for the class and the total tuition is only $40;00, all of which goes directly to cover the costs of research. So it is a worthy cause. The only requirement is that you have a Facebook account. Once your tuition is paid you will receive your invitation to the class. Anybody can participate and we have students from around the world. A special class project is the compilation of a childrens book on the African Diaspora and a timeline of the African Diaspora. So come on. Get with it. You can still sign up.
