Greetings Soldiers & Troopers On Friday the 14th of June, 2013, our Buffalo Soldier brother Secody “Slo-Poke” Baker was killed in a single vehicle motorcycle crash south of Ashdown, AR. His funeral will be Saturday the 22nd of June at 12:00 p.m., at the Foreman High School Gym in Foreman, AR. The burial will be conducted at the Alfred French Cemetery located on Little River County Road #1 near the Ash Grove Cement Plant. The wake will be Friday the 21st at 5:00 p.m. at Hamburg Funeral Home, located at 270 E. Hamilton St. Ashdown, AR 71822. All bikers interested in riding in the funeral procession should meet the BSMC Texarkana, AR Chapter at the Arkansas Welcome Center (Rest Area), on U. S. Highway 71 south of the Red River Bridge at 9:30 a.m. We will DEPART SHARPLY at 10:00 a.m. in route to the family’s residence for the funeral procession.
