Greetings Team Stargate !! What a great event Laurels Prize Tourney was. I really enjoyed myself. first, the hall was filled with people from all over the Kingdom, people I had not seen in a very long time. Mistress Radegund did a great job. I saw many Stargate artisans with static displays that were fabulous. This year, after walking through the static display area and attempting to talk to some, I decided to sit in the live performance room and was privileged to watch 4 performers, many with songs and some with spoken poems. Being an amateur, anyone who attempts old English has my admiration. I did take some photos of artisans from Stargate and Greater Stargate. The first picture is of Master Alden and his poem. The second one is of Lady Beatrice making yarn...I think. the third picture is of Mistress Hillary and Baroness Genvieve and jewelry. forth is lady Kat and Lord Mu with wooden boxes and necklaces. And, the last picture is of Countess Nicolette very intently reading a hand made book. If you look closely, she is wearing white cotton gloves.
