Greetings, Welcome , Merry Meet, Full Moon Blessings to you...I do ask that before you participate in tonight’s Emporium that you take a minute to please through the rules.. Thank You Welcome to The Witches Emporium Night here on the Enchanted Witchery Facebook Page. I do ask that you PLEASE read through this in it’s entirety. As you know we are always seeking better ways to keep our customers happy & content. The first is to ensure that we get your products to you in a most timely fashion. Although you might not know we have a pretty tight schedule here at the Studio to ensure that the shipping dept. runs smoothly. Not only do we ship the Emporium Nights products but also ship all the awesome products from the Enchanted Witchery Website. To coordinate all of this we must ship out Witches Emporium Night purchases on Saturdays & Mondays. When purchasing from us on Emporium Night we request that all the Invoices be paid no later then Monday Morning after Emporium Night. This will give you 3 days to make payment for your Goodies & will also allow us to get them all out by Monday Afternoon. Let me explain what happens when this is not done…. If an invoice is not paid by Monday Morning the gals in shipping have to put the products on the side, then wait for the OK to ship from me after your payment has been received. In the mean time they have to get out all the other Enchanted Witchery Orders. If they have to take time on Tuesday or Wednesday to package up Emporium orders the orders from the Enchanted Witchery Website get put on hold and this causes others to get very upset with us. This we do not want.. And it really isn’t fair to the others either. So I am applying these rules and they are in effect as of now: ALL EMPORIUM ITEMS PURCHASED & INVOICED DURING THE WITCHES EMPORIUM NIGHT EVENT MUST BE PAID FOR NO LATER THEN MONDAY MORNING FOLLOWING THE WITCHES EMPORIUM. THE TIME DEADLINE IS 10:00AM (est) If your payment is Not received by this time, your items will be returned to stock. So I am asking…. Please, if you really want the Goodies.. Get those invoices taken care of.. I will always send you your invoice following the event. You may be sleeping by the time it arrives as I will process all till the wee hours of the morning to insure that they are all sent. 2ND: I DO ASK THAT YOU PLEASE SEND OVER YOUR INFORMATION THE NIGHT OF WITCHES EMPORIUM. If you are hanging with us till the very end of the show, then please by all means send it before you depart. If you are leaving in the middle of the show then PLEASE make sure before you depart that I have all this info: ITEM NUMBER/ NUMBERS PURCHASED: YOUR NAME: EMAIL ADDRESS: MAILING ADDRESS: I can not invoice you if I do not have this info… FOR THOSE WHO WILL BE ATTENDING TONIGHT FOR THE 1st TIME: Here is how it all works…. When The Witches Emporium begins you will see delightful offerings appear upon the Enchanted Witchery Facebook Page The 1st person to mark the item “SOLD” will be the lucky purchaser. Please Note: We do our very best to be fair about the postings. There are many times that several people will post simultaneously and we will do our very best to take the 1st persons post, but there are times that the time stamp is identical and we will have to use our own judgment as to who was 1st. I will also ask the group at times if they can help with this. Once you have been declared the winner I will post back that you are the winner of the item. Please do not post SOLD if you really do not want it as there are others who do and we want to keep it fair for all. Once you have made your selections for the evening and have been the one to be the fastest fingers to mark it SOLD, you will need to send over this info to me: ITEM NUMBER/ NUMBERS PURCHASED: YOUR NAME: EMAIL ADDRESS: MAILING ADDRESS: You will then be Invoiced through PayPal at the end of the show. All Invoices payments are due in no later then 10:00 on the Monday that follows the event. That is (est ~ edt). SHIPPING: If your Invoice is paid immediately your item/items will be shipped Friday or Saturday. For all other invoices that are paid on Monday they will be shipped Monday Afternoon. All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail if being shipped with in the USA. For International shipping they will be shipped Parcel Post if under 4lbs. If over 4lbs they will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. With in the USA we will send your items in the most inexpensive fashion to you. We do try to take advantage of the Flat Rate Shipping Box Price if you have a lot of weight to the items purchased, especially when we host Crystal Emporium Nights. This can save you a lot of funds in shipping. NOTE: Gift certificates received for The Enchanted Witchery Website can NOT be used during a Witches Emporium Night, this can only be used in the Website Shop at EnchantedWitchery I do Hope that you have a most enjoyable Evening with us… Be fast, be quick and get those items that you want most. Each of the items offered in The Witches Emporium Night are being offered as OOAK ( One of A Kind) there is only one available unless otherwise specified when the item is posted. Unfortunately they can not be duplicated and no special orders for items can be taken.
