Greetings all ... I would like to introduce myself ... My name is Slosh and I run a YouTube channel where we do a weekly Friday hot sauce/chilli pod review that has been going for almost a year ... today we are starting a brand new series which is going to be a weekly beer review show ... mostly craft beers ... but a little bit of everything ... which is going to come out every Sunday afternoon ... If there is any interest here I will share our reviews each week ... but what I am really here for today is to ask what you guys would like to see in reviews like this ... what information you would want the most ... how much detail ... that kind of thing ... beer is a lot different to hot sauce!!! Thank you for your time and I hope you enjoy our very first Beer OClock! Beer OClock with Slosh & Buuz - My Wifes Bitter Welcome to our brand new weekly series ... Beer OClock with Slosh & Buuz ... which is going to be coming out every Sunday afternoon ... and is 50% a reason for me and my old friend Buuz to hang out and drink beer once a month (minimum) and 50% to share some strange and random beers that we find over the month ... we will be trying beer we KNOW we wont like ... beers we think we might like ... or anything that has a strange or interesting name ... Please do leave any comments or suggestions down below on what YOU guys would like to see us cover in this series ... what you would like to hear us cover on the beer ... if you want more background information on the brewers ... that kind of thing! Without further ado tho ... today we begin with My Wifes Bitter ... a bitter British ale from the Burleigh Brewing Company in Queensland ... and as somebody who hasnt drunk bitter beer in years ... I favour more the stouts and dark beers ... this was actually pretty good ... very drinkable and not overwhelming bitter like good old VB (Victoria Bitter!) ... a perfectly fine beer that was a perfect start to our afternoon of tasting! patreon/sloshworks
