Greetings fellow classmates! Please read the following letter. As most of you know Donna Fahler (Foote) graduated with the class of ‘75’. Donna has been battling Muscular Dystrophy since her childhood and now has to use a wheel chair and someone’s help with everyday activities. There have been some amazing developments with STEM CELL research and Donna has been approved for a stem cell procedure. If this procedure works it will improve her strength, movement and quality of life. After a few weeks, the procedure will be repeated to get the full affect. Of course this is all patient funded and is very costly. Her daughter Allison and her friend Deb have put together some fundraisers to help with the cost. • July 4th Root beer Floats at the First United Methodist Church in Wellington This will be most of the afternoon; the parade starts at 3:00 • July 20 th 4:00 DINNER at the First United Methodist Church, Wellington Tickets can be purchased $25.00 each There will be RAFFLES starting at 6:30 that everyone can attend. Raffle donations are still being accepted. • FIFTH THIRD BANK FUND for Donna Fahler has also been set up. Any Fifth Third Bank can take your donations of any amount. I would like to ask and encourage each of you to please join me to help my friend Donna get this life changing procedure. She will have it on July 21, 2014. Her husband Mike and her entire family will appreciate any help you can give. Please keep her in your Prayers as she goes through this process. Thank-you in advance for any donations you can give.
