Greetings from 1stSFAOC HQ Grp. We are in the process of finding a dedicated candidate to fill the position of 1stSFAOC 1st Grp Commander and XO. Your duties would consist of managing up to 5 ODA/GFT Team sets in the 1st Grp territory. Reference; freewebs/1stsfacommand/activeteams.htm Assist the Team sets in recruiting, Admin, training, Hosting local Airsoft and Milsim Events, Supervising “Our Standards” with the Team sets. Reference; freewebs/1stsfacommand/ourstandards.htm Team member applications would be forwarded to you as they arrive at HQ. you would need to find this applicant a home Team set that meets their location, team needs and over all good fit. Screening these applications according to “Our Standards’ and communications with the Team Leaders is important. You are authorized to elect an XO to help you with your task as well as elect a Grp. Sergeant Major to help supervise with training needs ect. You will have overall command of 1st Grp. It’s growth and success. You will receive and be promoted to the Honorable rank of Lieutenant Colonel with all the rights and authority. Team Leaders have the option of upgrading team member status from GFT to ODA if the Team Leader believes the member as proven potential and has submitted a “Team Member Status Wavier” or “Recommendation Request” to you for approval in writing for our files. This is a challenging position, but with proper communication, delegation of authority our 2nd Grp. And 3rd Grp Commanders have proved it can be managed. It is highly recommended that you download Teamspeak 3 on your laptop or PC for important meetings, Reference; teamspeak All and any questions can be either answered by me or Sal at anytime and we are here to assist you as best as we can.
