Greetings from the foothills of the Austrian Alps! 3 trains, 2 taxis, 1 bus and 8 hours after starting south we arrived in Salzburg! It was the Amazing Race! ;) Days end early here so well have to wait until tomorrow to get a better feel for the city; but the Alps were dusted with snow and so majestic as the train pulled into the station! Looking forward to exploring Mozarts birth city and doing the Sound of Music tour while here. auf Wiedersehen!
