Dont let Financial advisors mislead you of whom most are con-artists and just concerned about the commission he/she will be putting in her/his pocket and F$^&$^ck the rest. Best advice I can give, rely on a friend who has had an advisor for a while and knows what he has achieved with his/her investments obviously, progressively and made money with your money, if not hunt him down! Then make use of that advisor your friend tells you about with facts in place... Best is that little graph the financial advisor always draws with a graph showing you wont lose it only rises and rises! >>> When he is finished and you signed the awesome policy that according to the graph he drew shows you only big pay out one day and take that graph from him and place it in a safe place, so you can compare what the duration of the policy delivered and if his graph was a reliable fact! Owning properties is always the SAFEST investment! Not the best investment but SAFEST and you wont lose...
