Grenoble have seen a 25% rise in their budget this season, up to €18.5 million. The average budget for Top 14 clubs now stands at €19.45 million, a rise of 6.87% in the last year. Toulouse still lead the way with a remarkable budget of €34.5 million. With the LNR strongly considering dropping Canal + as TV rights holders in order to increase the annual deal of almost €32 million, these budgets are likely to continue to grow.
