Grizzly workout of the day 09/20/2013 warm up 3x3 minute rounds of jump rope Stretch Strength circuit Do each exercise in the order below in a circuit with no rest between exercises. Rest 60-90 seconds between circuits. Repeat for 2-3 sets. 1. Squat jumps 20 reps (perform a squat pausing 1-2 seconds at the bottom of the movement then explode off the ground) 2. Reverse Lunges 20 reps (step back into the lunge from a full standing position) 3. Push ups To failure (preform as many as you can without losing form and function) 4. Pull ups/chin ups To failure (preform as many as you can without losing form and function) 5. Overhead Press 20 reps (use a weight that the last three reps of the set is challenging) 6. Crunch 20 reps 7. Reverse crunch 20 reps 8. Hip raise 20 reps 9. Mason/Russian twist 20 reps 10. Ab wheel/barbell rollout 20 reps Rest 60-90 seconds and repeat for sets cooldown stretch foam roll
