GrizzlyFit Workout oft he day 11/6/2013 Warm up 3x3 minute rounds of jump rope Stretch Conditioning Circuit (BURPEE HELL) Preform each exercise for 45 seconds, resting 15 seconds between exercises. Rest 2 minutes after completing the circuit, repeat for 3 sets. 1. Heavy kettlebell swing 2. Burpee 3. Sprints (15-20 yards) 4. Grizzly Burpee (alternate bringing each knee into your chest after a push up at the bottom of the burpee) 5. Dumbbell Thruster 6. Alternating Jump lunge burpee 7. Plank row 8. Alternating one leg burpee 9. Plank sit outs 10. Jump knee tuck burpee Rest 2 min and repeat Cool down Stretch Foam roll GOOD LUCK
