Groovin On Life!!!!! Received a gift entry to this trail run this evening. Woot !! Woot !! So excited to be doing my first ever trail run this coming Saturday morning down outside of Ava, MO. in the Mark Twain National Forest. Should be interesting since the site webpage said the course is challenging with down trees, low hanging branched, steep hills, and creeks to cross. Plus maybe the weather will be nice and I can find some morels on top of the run. JOYFUL for sure this evening. Off to bed. Practice a random act of kindness tomorrow.
