Group Input Needed: My 5 yr old daughter finally looks forward to seeing exN 2 days a week but has alot of trouble with the step kids. 9yr old boy is out of control wont leave her alone and has given her a black eye in Feb with Ice rock thrown 2 feet away under exN supervision. 12 yr old girl is always saving my daughter. Each week I get the complaints about this crazy household. Dad watches TV and doesnt care. Dad wants me to show him affection to get him to get me some food. Older girl wasnt home to save her. Dad didnt give me my miralax and milk at night so I end up dealing with my daughter in extreme pain for 3 days missing classes. Kids drew a death wish tattoo with skull and crossbones on my daughters foot. Which I dont find funny since I have stage IV cancer and dont believe anyone should write on my daughter. A month ago, it was 9 yr old coming up behind my daughter and choking her until gagging. His mother saw it and then lied about it. I believe the household consists of 2 Narcs now. CPS reports and police say my issues are custody related. Im not sure supervised visits are in my daughters best interest. Are there other options? I am sure they do not take care of my daughter but she still wants to see them for short stints. Maybe reducing visitation down to sunday only , no overnights? My other thought is that I need more evidence. I have videos of my daughters complaints but I feel like I need alot more for a judge to take me seriously. My daughter is the only one punished and its a big humiliation show. ExN always takes the side of the boy and doesnt believe anything his daughter says. She tells me to remind him that if she is attacked, he has to do something about it. He waves us both off like we are talking nonsense. He is a cop, a sociopath, and a narcissist. No money for a lawyer. I work from home as an engineer.
