Grumbleworld.....outside and new visitors This week our little Grumble residents have had an exciting week. For the first time officially young Siouxsie kitten has ventured outside into the garden.....after her multiple escapes and charging off on poor Auntie Patsy Cahill we thought it was time she was allowed to play out this weekend. So with everybody else corralled elsewhere in the house and Blue napping peacefully in the greenhouse we decided to let little Siouxsie go out on her own.....she took a couple of steps looking back at me not chasing her and sneakily headed to the corner of the patio .......she looked back at me still not chasing her and began to sneak further when suddenly splosh went a large drip from the corner of the house straight onto Siouxsie kittens head......Siouxsie sensibly headed straight back in disgusted with outside and went and got in her donut which is much less drippy.....bless Siouxsie. Hopie has really settled well in Grumbleworld and is now happily playing with Siouxsie and appears rather chilled with her new living arrangements....today she met Nana H and rather decided that Nana has very comfy chest cushions that are most useful for a little kitten to get a cosy sleep :) she really is a fun little girl. She also had a lovely visit from Aunty Patsy who played with her and Siouxsie for a while and was even graced with a visit from Topsy ;) we are honoured Aunty Patsy x Tim Grumble has also had a most wonderful weekend, when Hope first arrived I am afraid little Tim Grumble was rather afraid of her. You see Hope attacks life full steam ahead and has no concept of the subtle communications of polite feline society, so upon meeting Tim she charged excitedly towards him as a potential new playmate and Tim turned and ran.....this them caused 20 minutes of charging all around the house as the terrified Tim attempted to escape the pesky little kitten who really thought this was a most fun game and Pursued the evading Grumble everywhere....Tim of course is now more used to Hope and she is less chargey with her greetings, although she is still rather struggling with communicating with the little Grumblies fully causing Topsy to be most confused at the bouncy white thing :) Tim has however, rather enjoyed his Sunday as he enjoyed a lot of roast beef from mummy Grumbles dinner....eating greedily from my hand .....then playing a while with Hope before sleeping off his substantial dinner......well done little Tim :) All our little residents though are now settling back to normal although normality is something of a stranger to Grumbleworld and in my opinion is rather over rated and something not to be encouraged :) we love you little guys for all your little quirks Vive La Difference Cherie Grumblies xx
