Guerrilla Dance Practice Day 71 Gone Clubbing Last night I went out dancing at Tonic night club with my party pals Thomas Vidal and Sascha Liebowitz. Besides being a bit sore and tired today, I was also a inspired. Angular, rhythmic, and quick movement came to the forefront. So today at Alameda Park Hannah Ruth Brothers and I practiced some club-inspired moves. One section was part of a warm up, one section came from a little assignment for us each to create something using connections of mid-limbs (elbows/knees), and the rest just developed through the need for musicality.
