Guess what? I ate lightly fried chicken, and it was sooooo good!!! I Boiled it first until done, seasoned it with Mrs. Dash, no salt seasoning, removed the skin then dipped it it egg for batter to coat and for crunch. I then took 2 tablespoons of olive oil, heated and rolled the chicken back and forth for 15 minutes. OMG!!! I am in heavenly places, eating everything I want without all the fluff....I added a nice springleaf salad with balsamic dressing. #healthlyliving!!! #letsGO!
