Guess whos back?!? Sorry I missed Yall last week been busy off the field but Yall dont want to hear about that Yall just want the weekend to start and the trash talking to begin. So Im gonna start it off for you guys. We got some good matchups this week its shaping up to be a great hard hitting week of football. Without any further delay here they are enjoy!!!!! Misfits vs Wolves Well this aint good for the slumping wolves. I hope misfits arent sleeping on the wolves tho. They have been caught sleeping before where they didnt have players show up because they were playing lower seeded teams. The hardest part of this game for the misfits will be waking up early to play. I can say I am disappointed in the wolves play is far this season. They were a rookie team who balled out last year and made the playoffs lead by. solid defense but they have regressed this year losing a lot of players and not replacing them. Adam Styles and Lucas Lucier still are the only players making something happen for the wolves they need help tho. And lets hope styles is healthy enough to go if not its gonna be a long day for the wolves. On the otherside we have the misfits who have the team to beat anyone in this league. They have one of the best run games and have for years. They are one of the only teams who routinely run within the tackles doesnt hurt when you have 3 good backs in Shavar Hyman JenilinFaust ShawnThomas and Kareem Adams we all know the talent they have all over the boards. From offense to defense they have it all. they will be too much for the wolves. i love the saying every given sunday man its football anything can happen on any occasion but as long as half the misfits show up they will win i will say the score will be 30-6 misfits Gladiators vs Ambush well we have 2 totally different squads coming into this one. we have one who impressed and one who had been a disappointment. we have one who is undefeated and one who just lost to darkside(no disrespect to darkside). Ambush has ballers but they have not been able to bring it together and play like a unit. they have been in conssistent all year. Football is a team sport you can have the greatest bunch of individuals and still lose cause they play for themselves rather then for the team. Alsaiah Gross has been doing his thing all year he is a playmaker no matter where he is lined up. There qb has a cannon but he seems to get happy feet when there is pressure. He is a natural qb but 7on 7 is fast you cant sit in the pocket you have to be able to move around and make plays with your feet. Ambush has solid players in Dawan Hammond Luis Rambo Collazo William Leone and Marque Keels but Woog will need to round up the troops for this one or ambush will be in for a rude awakening when the white hot gladiators hit the field. you want to talk team chemistry and playing like a unit the gladiators exemplify that. They just do ther job and trust the man next to him will do his. Doesnt hurt that they have some of the best players at almost every key position. I told you guys before the season Andre Nesmith was back! He has been rejuvinated and he has the talent around him to win it all one of the best wrs in the game Jorge Williams and the trio or big backs in Anthony Terry Jr. Rich Adams and Isaih Rozayy Fletcher This defense has not been given enough credit tho every one has been ballin from the ends getting pressure to the corners shutting down wrs who else kept j rod to 0 catches?!? This game is gonna be a heated one. I expect this one to be a battle. Its gonna be close in the beginning. till halftime then i feel like the gladiators will be too much for ambush if gladiators keep there heads in straight they rin away with this one in the second half im gonna say the score is 36-12 gladiators remain unbeaten. Jefferson vs Eastside Game of the week!!!!! Its no secret that these two teams do not like eachother. There is a constant battle with words on the book and at the field but that will be ended on the gridiron sunday. After playing eastside last week i can say they are a tough team. they play hard and get people out of there games. They have a quick score offense lead by some the fastest players in pa in Josh J Rod Rodriguez San Highlife and David Rios. They will need more consssitent play from the qb spot but they are not far from being an elite team. Juan Diaz Rivera has brought an attitude and swagger to the eastside defense. But i must say one guy who does not get enough credit is Michael Dessalines he is a baller on both sides of the ball. He is a sure tackler and a train when he gets the ball. they are coming into this one fresh off a loss to the gladiators so you know they are looking to rebound. But they have jefferson coming into this one who have made some changes recently which i believe will benefit this team. They have Alex Jacob going back to qb say what you want about alex as a qb but not many qbs can out throw him. he has a cannon plus it does not hurt that he has one of the best deep ball threats in the game in Yusef Young Reddick returning to his natural position along with Buddah Bless and Rodney So Smooth GIlmore this offense has potential to be one of the best in beef. There defense is no push over either which leads me to my key of the game! Football is won and lost in the trenches. I believe eastsides o line will constantly lose battles to the jefferson d line lead by Carl Kreidler which will make it hard to run the ball so the Pressure will be on bebo or poc to move the ball threw the air which bodes well for jefferson. this would be a huge game for eastside if they are able to pull it off. I just dont feel like they are ready for the spotlight yet jefferson will win this one in a close highly contested battle 30-24 jefferson wins Avengers vs Darkside Darkside is riding high into this one fresh off a victory over ambush. They are improving and i commend them for that. they have come a long way since last season and they just show up and ball. Im sorry i dont know his name but he has Swagg on his jersey he has been balling all year on both sides of the ball but he has been the primary leader on the offense. They will also need some more consistency at the qb spot. Qb is the most important position on the field. On there other side of the ball There defense is improving lead by ball hawking safety Realization Ejp Compensation. They still need to sure up tackling tho they fly to the ball but need to wrap up. All the good teams in the league tackle well so they will need to improve if they are looking to make a leap to a mid pack team. They are hype right now and are ready to gain back to back wins. there opponents are crawling into this one. They have struggled as of late to even field a team last week they balled with like 8. You cant do that in this league there is too much talent on teams. I will not mention Aaron Williams since me mentioning him gets to his head lol But he and Sean Freeman continue to be the only threats for the avengers. If the avengers actually show up with a full team this will be an interesting game. Its gonna be a good one both teams are hungry for a win. This game can go either way depending on who shows up. You know what they say tho there are strength in numbers so im gonna take darkside in this one. They show up and ball out for one another. They have lost some games but continue to show up and ball out for eachother and it will pay off this week. i will say darkside wins 24-12. there you have it folks i hope yall enjoy it dont take it personal i do this for fun and for yall enjoyment. While we on the topic tash talking is part of the game it will always be what is townbeef without the beef?!?
