Guys, I have 2 questions that i hope you guys can help enlighten me. 1. I have a business idea / model in mind. Its the kind of business model that is in its infancy to the world and to the best of my knowledge, never been pursued here in Malaysia. I like to bring this service to our country, but I dont have enough capital on my own to start the business. At this point, pitching the ideas to potential investors or to government agency ( Business plan competition for instance) seems the only way to go.I have never done this. The questions is: How do I protect my ideas and at the same trying to pitch it to other party? Im having this dilemma because, as I see it, whoever have the money, can procure the equipment and go as far as dominate the market. Please advise. 2. Recently, I approached a mall management agency with the intentions of leasing 1 kiosk lot from them.They asked for a business proposal.I understand this a normal procedure.Again, I have never done this, please advise on: a) what should I include in the proposal, so far Ive included i) Concept ii) brand iii)Menu iv)price v)artist rendering vi) target market what else should I include? b) I also have a few demands / request , should I include it in the proposal or in the letter of intent? Please advise. Thank you in advance.
