Guys please spare a thought for the brands like Uber , Flipkart , Vibgyor and many others where they spend so much money , sweat , time to build their trust , brand equity and all gets questioned so horribly because one of their drivers/delivery boys /teacher acts rogue. While castration is the minimum punishments these employees/contract people deserve and enough has been said about them by venting our anger on social media. It pains me to no extent that Govt.is unable to punish the guilty but instead decides to block Uber and question their founders who clearly have nothing to do with crime. If I am at fault doing a crime will Govt.stop Vodafone or stop me and punish me. Will govt. Stop Air India or a SBI bank or govtpany if their employee acted funny. Of course question the founders if they dont cooperate in investigation but pointing a finger at their integrity / business model is rather unfair. If a person does a hideous crime in duty or off duty its his hormones which are personal to him which go berserk dont drag the companies to it. I have never run my own company but I can tell you it takes far too much effort to see and bleed to build a brand and it pains me to no extent that crime is growing and the way to curb such crimes is a as hideous punishment as the crime itself . Do you think a guy will do such crime in Saudi ? just castrate and as barbaric it sounds it will instill fear in all those men whose flexi muscles get erect at wrong times. A lesson for employers is to do a serious KYE ( know your employee) so he can be tracked down in such events and cooperate with cops in nabbing them. GOD bless these brands and may HE bring the guilty to be punished severely.
