G’day Friends, Brien kid update… This year we are home-schooling YET AGAIN… (Yes, you heard that right, “yet again…” Tears of joy over here, TRUST me… haha) Okay, so I’m thrilled as all get out to announce that this will be Francesca’s final year with us! Our baby gerl is ALL GROWN UP and Daddy has champerz on ice ready for the big hoo-raa-haa fiesta we’ll be having at the end of the year!!! This is Francesca’s final year of high school studies and she’ll be heading to Costa Rica in July to complete a DTS (Discipleship Training School) with YWAM (Youth With A Mission). Lorenzy, our darling brain box, will continue to study with Iowa based Alpha Omega School (online), along with Franny. This school system is brilliant for our kids, as they have dedicated teachers who help out via distance mode, and the kids can do school anywhere, anytime… Sezni and Raffy will both be home-schooled by me again this year, and they’ll enjoy an eclectic array of schooling activities… (Please don’t ask, and then I won’t tell – or have you shot… haha!) Billy will be enrolled in either Covanic (A 7th Day Adventist school a 3 minute walk from our house) or Cedro Galan public school and is excited about getting back into the swing of things... And so our plan is for Francesca and Lorenzy to start their schooling in March, as we do believe we’ll have the funds to enrol them at that time. HOWEVER, we would really like to start them now, as they have plenty of time to get on with it at this time. We need $1,100 to get going with it… Please pray that we will receive this funding so the Brien kids can get crackin on their school year, and if you are able to help in any way, we certainly would be so very grateful!
