HAPPY FITNESS FRIDAY!!!! DAY 12 of GET RIPPED ABS Challenge... 15 reps of V-ups (sit on edge of bed, lean back as you straighten out your legs and bring legs back in to your chest as you bend your knees), 15 reps of Supermans (lay in prone position with legs straight and arms straight above head, lift both arms and legs at the same time), 15 reps of Floor Crunches with 2 cross punches as you crunch up and 25 seconds of Prone-iso abs (bring yourself up onto your forearms and up on toes while keeping your neck straight...modified position is on knees, do NOT cross ankles). FABULOUS WORK...you just finished your 2nd week of the GET RIPPED ABS Challenge, BOOM!
