There were a few issues in the transition to the new insurance company for providers and clients alike. If you received a denial of coverage based on the absence of a referral, all referrals are now in place and that issue has been resolved, and your coverage is in place. The kinks are being worked out of the system. It just needed a few adjustments!! To all of our patients, it is our absolute pleasure to serve you.
