Northerly winds of 25 to 30 mph with gusts of 35 to 40 mph can be expected late this afternoon. Winds will subside some this evening...But will remain blustery. * Temperatures: lows tonight will be from around 10 along the highway 82 corridor to around 13 along the interstate 20 corridor with temperatures thursday remaining below freezing for much of the area. * Impacts: prolonged exposure to these conditions can be very dangerous to people with poor heating.
