#HEADLINE - Fisheries Minister Tina Joemat-Pettersson’s court action against the Public Protector. Joemat-Pettersson has asked the North Gauteng High Court to review a damning report by the public protector. Madonsela probed the fisheries department, following allegations of maladministration and wasteful expenditure. The report also recommended President Jacob Zuma take decisive action against the minister. But, Joemat-Petterson has dismissed the report. Madonsela says she stands by her findings.
