HEEEEY!!! GUESS WHAT??? I Forgot to TELL YOU..... Im DOWN 3lbs. on Day 4, Week 1!!! I know, I know... I technically received the program last week Thursday and couldnt wait to tear it open to Preview it! But the 30 Minute workouts were so much fun that Ive been doing them each day. PLUS, I started to incorporate the new MEAL PLANNING SYSTEM... Although, I didnt officially go full-blown with the entire program until Monday.... Ugh... but not to bore you with the details... Whats important is that I never realized how much I let myself go until I put myself IN-CHECK! Eating meals every 2-3 hours and making sure I have the RIGHT BALANCE of everything I need for my goals has helped me feel, More Energy, Fuller, Cleaner, Tighter and yes.... my clothes are fitting so much better! BEST PART IS THIS.... my KIDS are having fun with this new system as well and keep asking me, Mom, when are we gonna do our workout today??? Shoot.... you wanna talk VALUE???? I dont care what youre doing for yourself as you figure it out on your own >>> because it doesnt COMPARE to what youre truly doing for your FAMILY when you set the example for them and INCLUDE THEM in what you do! #BOOM #noexcuses #fitmoms #keepitsimplesilly
