HELP !!! I am in serious need of a computer expert to help?? I Live in Oak Lawn, Illinois, and our computer internet provider is COMCAST and our 20th tech is due here at the apt. on wed. Weve had so many WORKERS, (as weve been promised Supervisors), and they only send out WORKERS and I have to start from scratch every-time. Weve had the service since DEC. 2013, and we have 2 laptops, (Hardwired on a new business acct.), and one desktop, (WI-FI on Residential acct.). We had issues of the internet dropping so many times, and were tired of the CABLE GUY coming out on a weekly basis. They said that a BUSINESS ACCT. would solve any and all issues and all this did was multiply our issues now by 2. People say they have NEVER Seen their Facebook CHAT, (whos online on the right), go faded grey with a statement: Unable to connect. attempting to reconnect in (then there is a 10 second countdown as it tries to reconnect)). I SEE THIS 10-20 TIMES A DAY/ EVERYDAY !!! PEAK TIMES/ SLOW TIMES, DOESNT MATTER. ONLY ONE WINDOW OPEN ON EACH OF 2 LAPTOPS, (Business Line). ONLY ONE WINDOW OPEN ON DESKTOP (Wi-Fi (Residential Acct and separate completely ).. EVERYTHING/ EVERYWHERE/ IN EVERY-WAY is connected absolutely correct. No Gaps, Broken Lines our unexplained splitters, that are not necessary. I can set the BRAND NEW LAPTOP down for 1 hour, and NOT Touch it at all, and it will repeatedly go OFFLINE, then wait and it reconnects its self. Then wait again and it does it again, over and over and over and over all day long EVERYDAY......WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?
