HELPING EMPLOYERs KIDS WITH SCHOOL HOMEWORK Since many of you are well educated with college diploma and even university degrees, some even graduated as trained teachers, do you put your skills to use by offering to help your employers kids with their school homework? Helping kids with school homework is usually not included in your job description. Private tuition could cost the parents anywhere between $30 to $60 per hour. You can put your skills to use by offering to your employer to help the kids with their school homework. This helps the employer save the money and improve academic performance of the kids. You can actually use this during the job interview to make yourself more attractive candidate to the potential employer. You can also use this to demand higher salary or a salary raise. How many of you have these skills, or any other useful skills e.g. arts, craft, swimming, chess, sports, tuition, etc you could teach the kids? Have you offered to the employer? If not, then why not? Did you highlight those skills in your resume, job advert or during the job interview?
