HENRY COUNTY, MO, COURTHOUSE NOTES............... HENRY COUNTY COMMISSION, HENRY COUNTY, MISSOURI. THURSDAY NOVEMBER 20th, 2014, 15th DAY OF THE OCTOBER 2014 TERM. The Henry County Commission met pursuant to adjournment at the courthouse in Clinton, Missouri. Those members present were: Jim Stone-Presiding Commissioner Daniel Doll-North District Commissioner Jim Talley-South District Commissioner Rick Watson-County Clerk At 9 a.m. Commissioner Stone brought the meeting to order. The agenda was approved as presented. The minutes from the Monday November 18, 2014, meeting were read. Commissioner Talley made the motion to approve the minutes, Commissioner Doll seconded, motion carried. Glen Yake, visited with the commissioners in regards to culverts on NE 950 Rd that seem to be abandoned. He wants to move them to a creek crossing. Commissioners want to check with the road board first before they are moved. John Gover, Emergency Management Director, had a Personnel Certification document signed by the commission for the Emergency Management Grant. Sandra Brownsberger visited with the commission in regards to personnel. Expenditures from the following departments were approved to be paid: Law Enforcement Fund, Law Enforcement Training Fund, General County, Senior Citizens Service Tax, Circuit Clerk, Tri County, Road and Bridge, November Elections. The commission discussed the Kaysinger Basin Regional Planning Commission meeting they also discussed Bear Creek Township biding out chip and seal roads. The commission called TSGT Sayas to discuss Whiteman Air Force Base training in Henry County; they had to leave a message. Dan Waddlington, from Senator Roy Blunt’s Office, stopped by to visit with the commission. The commission adjourned at 10:45 a.m. to attend the Kaysinger Basion Regional Planning Commission meeting at 11:00 a.m. Henry County Commission Open Meeting 2nd Floor, Henry County Courthouse, 100 W. Franklin St., Clinton, MO. AGENDA Commissioners will not meet Thursday November 27th, 2014 the courthouse will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday on November 27th and November 28th.
