HERE IT IS.... as much as wed like to have soft opening for breakfast tomorrow, its just NOT gonna happen... all efforts are being utilized as we speak.. buying meat, setting up the coolers and utensils and so on... there isnt much to serving breakfast but, the menu will be very limited for now. we have alot to deal with and, one day isnt going to make it just yet.... I WILL HAVE PULLED PORK AVAILABLE FOR LUNCH AND DINNER tomorrow .... maybe even some tri tips.. ribs are NOT available til monday.. ive been on the phone since early this morning trying to cover all the bases. mike has been scrubbing and making lists of what we need or dont need. i will have 150 pounds of pork on the q tonight.. so if you want a sandwich or a full tray, please let me know since supplies are very limited for this weekend only. we will continue to try and get opened.... maybe even for sunday breakfast..... if not, please be patient, we want nothing more than to have the doors open and you happy too !!! we will get there soon !!! thank you for all the support... !! jack and the shack staff
