#HERODOG Iven saves the day !!!! Its always great to hear from clients but this account of #protectiondog Ivens courage really did touch me. Iven left us a few years ago now to live with a lovely family in Wokingham. The clients have three young children. Iven is very bonded with the children and this was clearly evidenced when the children took it upon themselves to build a raft to sail on the lake within the grounds of their new property. After setting sail the children quickly found that the raft was not as bouyant as they had hoped and it started to sink. #protectiondog Iven viewing this jumped into the lake paddled out to the raft and grabbed the bailer twine attached to the front of the raft an proceeded to tow the raft to shore !!!. Iven didnt settle until the children and the raft had been pulled clear by him of the water. Clearly Iven sensed the danger in the situation. In truth the children could of waded back as the water wasnt very deep but Iven couldnt of known this and acted totally on instinct. For me I would love to claim the credit for Ivens heroic actions but clearly this is just an example of the bond that Iven has with his family k9protector.co.uk the sword at your side
