HI Friends, Thought we would share a client success story! Walter Wratz is an awesome client who works so hard, we are proud of him!! Thank you:) The Owner of The Melting Pot Since starting at Fitness Together in West Linn I’ve strengthened my core and abdominal muscles to the point where my lower back feels better than it has in years. The muscles around my knees have been exercised and strengthened and now my right knee feels as good as my left and I rarely ever feel the discomfort that I lived with before. Those were the unexpected benefits I’ve received in addition to the fact that I’m leaner, have more endurance, increased muscle tone and definition, and just an overall improved sense of fitness and wellness. Pretty good stuff if I do say so. Jason, along with the other trainer Kathy, at Fitness Together in Tualatin have been real “difference makers”. I finally took that little leap of faith and joined up with the team at Fitness Together in Tualatin. I had never belonged to a gym or health club before, let alone worked with a personal trainer. As it turns out, this was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made as far as my personal fitness and health are concerned. My only regret, if one can call it that, is that I’d procrastinated for over a year and hadn’t signed up sooner. Up until a couple of years ago I’d consistently jogged 5 miles three times a week, would do push-ups and even tossed around a couple of 25 lb. dumb bells on occasion. Then one day I noticed my legs just weren’t up to the task anymore, especially in rainy weather, my heart wasn’t into it either, and my mind couldn’t self-motivate. I had constant pain in my lower back and in my right knee. The L-5 disc in my back has been 70% degenerative for a number of years, and my right knee has very little of the meniscus cartilage remaining as a result of an old athletic injury from back in the mid 1970’s. For a while I’d been receiving in the mail copies of the publication you’re now looking at and the idea of joining Fitness Together became more and more appealing. After perusing their web-site to get a feel for what it was all about, I decided to call and check things out first hand. I liked what I saw, I liked what I heard, and I liked the idea having someone working one on one with me to encourage, motivate and inspire me to push on and achieve my personal goals. I wanted a trainer who understood my back and knee problems and who could instruct, guide and direct me with the right form and technique so as to avoid any injuries while strength training.
