Job Description: Assistant Manager - Training | US Recruitment Process Training Key Responsibilities: • Training New hire batches and existing employees on Recruitment / US Staffing and its fundamentals. • Create & update new hire + refresher content. Customize the same as per process requirements • Facilitate the refresher / improvement / update trainings for the floor and co-ordinate with the Team Leads. • Plan & implement performance improvement plans for gaps identified during Training • Drive improvement in recruiter productivity results by identifying opportunities in terms of process and US staffing understanding. • Manage and prepare the training reports for each batch. • Prepare Training Calendars on monthly basis • Needs to conduct GAP trainings across all locations Desired Skills: • Experience in US Staffing 6 -8 years (1 year experience as a Trainer) • Should have imparted trainings • Should be proficient with Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Should have basic technical understanding • Willing to perform amidst a lot of ambiguity • Brings to the position outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Ability to create great working relationships at all levels within the organization and across multiple disciplines • Excellent time and project management skills • Good verbal / written communication skills • Willing to work in Night Shift Education – Must be a graduate, Technical background preferred Shift Timing – US shift – 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM Job Location – Noida
