HOMEOWNERS THANK CONGRESS AGAIN! HOMEOWNERS & BUSINESSES ACROSS THE NATION WHO GOT FLOOD INSURANCE SUBSIDIZED THROUGH F.E.M.A. CAN THANK CONGRESS WHEN THEIR FLOOD INSURANCE GOES UP AS MUCH AS "10 TIMES" THE CURRENT RATE!!! It seems Congress decided F.E.M.A. has to pay back the money it got from Congress to subsidize flood insurance costs because the massive recent floods in the Nation (i.e. Katrina) costs too much. This could result in home & business owners losing their property and, even, entire communities folding. EXAMPLE: If you pay $400 per year, the cost can go up to $4000 annually! If a small business pays $4000 yearly, it could raise to $40,000 each year! Thanks AGAIN Congress!
