HOPE UPDATE from her foster carer Brent and furmummy Tinny. For the first few days she has been really quiet and has just been sleeping a lot. She has spent most of the time on her tiger bed coming out every now and then to see whats going on and to lay down next to tinny. Hope has learnt to climb up the stairs but is still a bit timid with the height. Until this morning she had only had one little bark and that was to let me know that she wanted the bowl of dog food that I had in my hand. This morning she was a lot more active letting out a few more barks as I was preparing her breakfast, and running around trying to chew on my trousers. Hope is a slow eater and doesnt seam to eat all her food or inhale it at first sight, but she is eating well and not going hungry. Hope is still very pale in colour inside her mouth (tongue and gums) so she is still anaemic, but we have faith that will improve soon. The scabby dry skin is slowly starting to soften up a little bit and peel away. Only runny poos and vomit that she has done were on the first afternoon of her arrival, since then she has been fine. I think by the time the weekend is over Ill have an active little puppy on my hands... Just minus a coat of fur. PLEASE LIKE SHARE AND DOT IT
