HORSE QUIZ for tonight. On the weekend I learnt so much more about vaccinations in horses. Tetanus, Strangles, Hendra and Herpes. The numbers of owners that do not vaccinate over 60% is quite large. IT got me thinking why owners arent vaccinating. Is it? A. Feels their horse is not at risk B. Costs involved / not confident injecting own horse C. Not really aware of what vaccinations/how often/if necessary etc D. Disagree with the idea of vaccinating E. Highly agree with all vaccinations and is up to date with and when.
