Its a 4 bedroom house with 2 lounge areas, 2 bathrooms, single garage, built in wardrobes, walk in robe in master, air con system in kitchen/dining/lounge area. We are currently in a fixed term rental contract but have recently bought our own house so we are looking for someone to take over our lease. The house is currently up for sale but will most likely be bought by an investor which is why the lease may be long term. The price is VERY reasonable, at $375per week.
