HOW TO DESTROY A STATE LAW step 1: choose a case in Florida which can be exploited through over analysis involving a registered gun owner who would fall under the States stand your ground law. choose a case involving an African American victim (younger the better) and a white registered gun owner (in the absence of a white person a multi ethnic person can be easily made white through media tactics) step 2: build a case against the shooter in the "court of public opinion". cause an emotional attatchment to the case and the victim. cleverly site the stand your ground law while being sure not to reference it too much. step 3: file charges on the shooter that are greater then the evidence allowed in court. example : if evidence shows an obvious case for manslaughter or lesser, present a case for murderer 1. tying the hands of the jury and insuring a not guilty verdict as well as a confused and upset public. step 4: non stop 24 hour media dissection and insinuations of violent protests. do not waste a good scandle. create or depict a racial divide from the issue. step 5: march out the attorney general calling for people to come forward with evidence of a civil rights issue. point the finger at the stand your ground law. primary objective : remove stand your ground law through federal means. by making it a civil rights issue. secondary objective: devide country along race lines a divided people is a conquered people.
