IF YOU ARE GOING TO UNDERGO WHOLE BODY PEELING, PLEASE CONSUME 2 BOTTLES OF PEELING OIL. 1.)ARMS, BACK, LEGS---POUR THE PEELING OIL IN YOUR PALM OR IN A COTTON. APPLY IN AN UPWARD STROKE ONLY. THE APPLICATION IS 3X A DAY INTERVAL 15 MINUTES (TATLONG BESES SA ISANG ARAW. PAGITAN NG 15 MINUTO. ULITIN ANG PAG APPLY SA LOOB NG TATLONG ARAW)DO THE SAME ROUTINE FOR 3 DAYS. (THICKEN THE AMOUNT OF OIL) 2.)FACE AND NECK--- APPLY ONCE A DAY ONLY. DO THE SAME ROUTINE FOR 3 DAYS. (SA ISANG ARAW, ISANG BESES LANG MAG APPLY. ULITIN ITO SA LOOB NG TATLONG ARAW.) MANIPIS LANG PO ANG PAGLGAY NG OIL AT MANIPIS LANG ANG BALAT NTIN DITO . AVOID APPLYING THE EYE PART AND ABOVE THE LIPS. 3.)UNDER ARM AND INNER THIGH---APPLY ONCE ONLY. “DO NOT’’ REPEAT THE APPLICATION FOR 3 DAYS. (ISANG ARAW LANG ANG PAG APPLY) NOTE: DO NOT WASH THE APPLIED AREA FOR 3 DAYS. Before Bath:1. Apply honey on the skin. Leave and let it dry for 3-5 minutes.(OPTIONAL)2. If honey starts to dry, apply ice (or something cold) to close pores. 4.)Rinse with tap water and dry with towel. After Bath: *If itchiness of the skin starts to occur, apply petroleum jelly.* If the skin starts to feel burning sensation (mahapdi) and if redness of new skin occurs, apply HYDROCORT CREAM. NOTE: in the first 2 weeks, please do not use soaps with high chemical contents. Use baby wash instead.
