The company has portfolio of some blue chip clients and provides HR Consulting support (including hiring support) to its clients. We are looking for an HR Business Development Consultant who has experience of developing business from scratch and has strong networking capabilities. The past experience of Business Development in offering HR Services Domain is a must. The candidates with experience of Recruitment Agency background with business development experience can apply. The key job responsibilities will include : - Development of new HR Business including HRFO, RPO and HR Consulting. - Ensure the end to end project delivery by working on the requirements through self, team and external vendors. - Account Management to ensure a strategic working relationship with the clients and for sensing the opportunities for new business with them. - Develop a continuous business plan for growth of business and work towards achieving the objectives in concurrence with and after approval from Senior Management - Ensure quality service levels and delivery to the clients The key skills required for this role are : - Energetic and Dynamic Individual - Business Development Skills : Past Experience in BD in HR Services Domain is a must - Strong Networking skills - Focus on Detail - Customer Service Orientation - Quality Focused Approach - Self Drive and Motivation - Ability to travel on business development and project hiring trips Candidates with relevant experience should send their CVs to careerdxb14@gmail with details of current salary and expected salary.
