Job Description • Handling of recruitment administration including On-boarding/off-boarding activities and work pass applications related stuffs with Consumer Marketing. • Liaise with internal recruiters and external staffs through phone call and email corresponding. • Preparation of employment contracts, letters, WP application/cancellation/renewal • Preparation of reports, maintenance of Personnel files/records management etc • Organize Participate in employer branding and outreach activities such as career talks, career fairs, networking sessions and in-house project or etc. • Generate on report on behalf of the hiring manager.
