The suitable candidate will be responsible for a generalist HR function with specific focus on IR, Bargaining Council, Recruitment and Selection.. SUITABLE CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: Relevant tertiary qualification – HR Related Qualification (Degree) Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in a similar role within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment Experienced in Recruitment and Selection, IR (Union negotiation), Labour Relations and Bargaining Council. Confidentiality, tact and discretion essential when dealing with people. Ability to work within a team and independently. Ability to multi-task and manage demanding workload in a pressurised environment. Excellent problem solving skills coupled with the ability to think on your feet.
